On page 3947, fourth paragraph, first sentence, the text “Among those who had confirmed code status after admission, the mortality was higher among those who were given DNACPR orders than those on full code (52.7% vs 23.8%, P < 0.0001)” should read “Among those who had confirmed code status after admission, the mortality was higher among those who were given DNACPR orders than those on full code (26.9% vs 12.5%, P < 0.0001)”.
