Noteworthy comment: This study shows a clear relationship between expression of interferon-gamma induced gene IFI30 and GBM. Overexpression of IFI30 increased the tumor phenotype and knockdown inhibited it in glioma cells. The dataset provides valuable information for potential clinical usage.
