In Table 2 on page 2070, the values of modified Medical Research Council dyspnea scale (mMRC) in the CI group: 4 (3-4) and in the No CI group: 3 (2-4) should read CI group: 3 (2-3) and No CI group: 2 (1-3).
The changes above have no impact on the results of the study.
