The authors have advised there is an error in the author list and affiliation 1 on page 4629. The author name “Fitsum Weledegebreal” should read “Fitsum Weldegebreal” and in affiliation 1 “Jugal Regional Hospital” should read “Jugal General Hospital”.
In addition, the authors have advised there is an error in the Funding statement on page 4638.
