Following a review of our paper post-publication, we found under the ethics approval and informed consent section on page 2929, the IRB number is incorrect. The correct statement is “This study’s protocol was approved by the institutional review board and the ethics committee of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (IRB 201601061A3)”. The authors apologize for this error.
