The Collection welcomes high-quality original research articles, reviews, and policy-oriented studies aligned with the journal’s scope. Topics include, but are not limited to: health system governance, regulation, and compliance in transforming economies; risk assessment, mitigation, and resilience in healthcare delivery; patient safety, quality improvement, and adverse event management; health policy design, evaluation, and implementation; digital transformation, data governance, and cybersecurity in health systems; health workforce planning and organizational resilience; resource allocation, cost–risk trade-offs, and financial risk management in healthcare; health technology assessment and innovation policy; and the legal, ethical, and economic dimensions of healthcare risk.
