Professor Jonathan Ling
Professor Ling
Professor Jonathan Ling is senior lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy, Health and Wellbeing at the University of Sunderland, and is a member of Fuse - the Centre for Translational Research in Public Health. He trained in psychology at the University of Sheffield and his main research interests are on the impact of drugs on human performance and the public health consequences of this use. In addition to this, he is also engaged in collaborative work examining the role of genetic risk factors in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and on medicines management in the elderly.
Dr Walid A Al-Qerem
Dr Al-Qerem
Dr. Walid Al-Qerem obtained PhD of Clinical pharmacy from the University of Sunderland, UK. He is an associate professor at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. Dr. Al-Qerem developed spirometry equations for the Jordanian population and validated the Arabic versions of several health instruments.
