Page 134, left column, second paragraph, fourth sentence from the bottom, the text “Generally, all four tetracyclines have higher tissue concentrations than serum, concentration- dependent plasma protein binding ranging from 70% to 90% (except eravacycline is 21%), and exhibit minimal renal clearance” should read “Generally, all four tetracyclines have higher tissue concentrations than serum, concentration- dependent plasma protein binding ranging from 70% to 90% (except omadacycline is 21%), and exhibit minimal renal clearance”.
