Abstract: Complex regional pain syndrome is a chronic progressive illness with sensory, autonomic, trophic, and motor abnormalities. Treatment is difficult and controversial. We report the results of free-flap and vein wrapping of the superficial peroneal nerve surgery to treat complex regional pain syndrome.
