Dr Kommuri is a Cardiologist at McLaren Medical Center, Flint.  He obtained MRCPCH from UK and completed his cardiovascular fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital. He is a regular peer reviewer for various journals  as well as the ACP michigan chapter meetings. He is actively involved in teaching of internal medicine resident at Hurley and  McLaren medical centers. His research interests include outcomes in advanced heart failure as well as progression of atherosclerosis.
