Sushma Chaurasia received her B.Sc. in Life Sciences from the University of Delhi. She pursued her M.Sc. in Dietetics and Food Service Management and a certificate course in Food and Nutrition from Indira Gandhi National Open University in New Delhi. During her graduation, she studied the impact of Calotropis procera leaf extracts on the cidal, morphological and behavioral response of an Indian strain of Dengue vector, Aedes aegypti L. (Diptera:Culicidae) under Education in a Lively Innovative Training Environment Scholarship. Before joining Taylor & Francis, she worked for HCL Healthcare as a Health Coach, helping people improve their diet and lifestyle.
