Uzwal Prakash has completed his studies in Biotechnology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, India. He did his research in production, processing and characterization of antibiotics. He also participated in several workshops on protein interaction and drug targeting during his studies. He was previously working with SAGE Publications as a Senior Peer Review Associate, where he had been managing the peer-review process on STEM journals. He also assisted his editors and senior managers in adhering to established turnaround times for journals.
