Dr Keon-Hyung Lee serves as Professor and Director of the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy and holds the Arnold L. & Priscilla Moss Greenfield Endowed Professorship at Florida State University. He earned a PhD in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from the University of Southern California, an MPH in Health Policy and Resource Administration from Yale University, and an MS in Decision Analysis from Stanford University.

Dr Lee is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of healthcare administration, healthcare policy, and healthcare finance. He has published extensively in leading, peer-reviewed journals in healthcare policy and management. His research encompasses healthcare finance and access, the provision of community benefits by healthcare institutions, the co-production of healthcare services, and comparative international health governance and policy.

Dr Lee’s scholarship is primarily concerned with understanding the behavioral and organizational determinants that influence both individual and organizational responses to changes in healthcare policy and management. Through his work, Dr Lee has contributed to the advancement of evidence-based practices in healthcare delivery and administration across diverse systems and settings.
