The authors have advised that they overlooked to include a statement in the published paper advising that the study was presented at the 11th International ACHARAKA Congress on Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Sciences congress in 2025 and that it is a Master’s thesis. This study was conducted as part of a Master’s thesis at the Department of Internal Medicine Nursing, Institute of Health Sciences, Atatürk University. The study was presented as an oral presentation at the 11th International ACHARAKA Congress on Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Sciences (Baku, Azerbaijan, 15–17 June 2025), and its abstract was published in the congress proceedings.
