On page 97, Background section "In Japan, AF is estimated to be present in 0.65% of the population.2" should read "In Japan, AF is estimated to be present in 0.56% of the population.2"

On page 100, second column, first paragraph, line seven, the text "(all P<0.0001)" should read "(all P<0.001)".

Page 102, Table 3, it should be noted that the percentages of AF episodes reflect only those who had non-missing data (N=549).

Page 102, Figure 2, the CHADS2 percentage for those with a risk score of 0 should read "46.19%" instead of "49.19%".
