Dr Bluth

Dr Martin H. Bluth received his Doctor of Philosophy (Immunology) from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 1997 and his Doctor of Medicine in 1999. He is Board Certified in Clinical Pathology/Laboratory Medicine and in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. Dr. Bluth is currently Associate Professor and Director of Translational Research at Wayne State School of Medicine and Associate Director of the Transfusion Service, Department of Pathology, at Detroit Medical Center/Harper Hospital System in Detroit Michigan, USA. He has co-authored over 80 book chapters, abstracts and manuscripts and holds over 15 New Inventions and technologies many of which are patented or pending. He is Vice President of BioMedica Management Corporation, on the Board of Directors of FirstPoint Biotech venture fund and has recently pioneered biomarker discovery platforms for use towards clinical applications and entrepreneurial start up companies.
