Advanced Radiation Therapy and Radiobiology for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Advances in systemic therapy have transformed the care of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in recent years, including with immunotherapy and targeted agents. Recently, stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) followed by sorafenib showed an overall survival advantage over standard of care (at the time of the original study design) sorafenib.
