The text “The current study was approved by the Stockholm Ethics Review Board (Jan 22, 2014; approval number: 2013/2095-31/2)” should read “The current study was approved by the Stockholm Ethics Review Board (March 31, 2010; approval number: 2010/407-31/1)”.
