COVID-19 and pediatric care

While COVID-19 has affected all age groups in various ways, the youngest in our society may have struggled to achieve the early childhood that all parents hope for their children. This includes children struggling with chronic illness and conditions early in their life, as COVID-19 impacts all facets of the ideal life for children. How did COVID-19 affect children, inside and out? Did telehealth really do enough when providing care for children? How do we dissect the impact of post-lockdown reintegration and COVID-19 infections in schools? This Thematic Series considers these questions, and more, to assemble the wider picture of COVID-19 and pediatric care.
