Internal Scope Notes

A&S Update in progress with EiC

>Must be human
> Case reports can be accepted but must be focused on the policy aspects and must be valuable, most will not be suitable as they do not accept single-patient clinical cases
> Public data requires validation, CE discretion depending on the use (okay as an example in a large modeling paper, in some epidemiological settings, or if authors would not reasonably be able to source alternatively like government data, not for patient databases like TCGA or SEER)
> Business and financial papers are out of scope if they do not have a health policy/outcome focus

- Bibliometric are out of scope
