Please be aware that if a paper is based on a thesis or dissertation that has been made available on a university or institutional website, a repository of student theses, or any other publicly accessible website, it will be considered previously published under DMP’s Terms of Publication. As the material may have been downloaded at any time during its availability online, DMP will consider it previously published even if it is subsequently taken offline. DMP does accept and publish papers which share some characteristics or parts of an author's thesis or dissertation; however, the manuscript must have been substantially reworded and contain unique aspects that do not appear in the thesis or dissertation.
