Noteworthy comment: The manuscript designed and synthesized a series of hybrid pyrazole analogues. The in vitro and in vivo assays including TNF-α assay, Nitric Oxide Assay, Cyclooxygenase assay, MTT assay, identified two compounds which have anti-inflammatory effects against COX-I/II and TNF-α. Further docking studies showed that the two compounds can dock into the active site of COX-II and have similar docking scores as celecoxib. This is good work on development of anti-inflammatory drugs.
