The authors have advised due to a clerical error, the headings for Tables 1, 2 and 3 on pages 4258, 4260 and 4261, respectively, are incorrect. The location of “Gondar Town, North West” should read “Debre Berhan, North Showa”.

Furthermore, the heading of Table 4 on page 4262 is also incorrect. The text “Debre Berhan North West” should read “Debre Berhan, North Showa”.
