At the request of the authors, the Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of Cancer Management and Research wish to
retract the published article.

Following a review of their experimental data the authors found they had inadvertently duplicated the Hoechst 33342 and propidium iodide (PI) images presented in Figure 11 of the published article, from Figure 11 of their liver cancer study:
