Noteworthy comment: This paper represents an outstanding primer on the variables that have an impact on PRP efficacy. This knowledge will serve to help clinicians gain greater control of these variables, and accordingly will result in even greater success of a therapy that heals pathophysiology rather than simply masking symptoms.
