Noteworthy comment: Disease analysis, such as stem cell transplantation, often involves multiple end states. The multistate model approach can be applied to a variety of study designs flexibly, and it is convenient to interpret data for prediction and to deal with the occurrence orders of various disease statuses, providing more itemized mortalities.
