Noteworthy Comment: Prevalence, underdiagnosis, and undertreatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) all remain high. Adherence is also a potent barrier in therapy. Sharing risk factors such as obesity, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and systemic inflammation, management of the syndrome is a challenge. This review is a readable update.
